I think Giovanni "il Bue" In the Fischio (chiedo venia...) from the CHI Band is one of the best.

Cristiano Pesce from Prog band SI (his surname, for friends, was "poisson" a la française, "fish" in english ...)

Patrizio Di-Vas of italian prog band Marconi rewarded bakery

Gregorio LAGO from RE CREMISI and then precious prog band l'EMERSO PALMO dal LAGO

one of the best bass guitar ever was undoubedly Giaco PASTORE from fusion band "Le previsioni del tempo"

and another great bass player at similar level is one of my favorite ever : Stanlio "not olio" Clarko from fusion band "RITORNO PER SEMPRE"
