aor, per derivazione intendevo le radici, le ispirazioni, le matrici, chiamale come vuoi. Che Joni Mitchell si sia allontanata dalle radici sin fal primo album è un altro discorso. Si potrebbe dire lo stesso per Simon & Garfunkel, Donovan e tanti altri.

Non va dimenticato che Dylan deriva dal Folk americano, i cui canoni erano quelli che hai detto, tipici anche delle antiche ballate celtiche, irlandesi e scozzesi. I suoi padri erano Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie etc. Da questa scuola derivano anche Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell e così via, nonchè la scuola...

Ma mica lesa maestà... lesa di cosa, poi... è che ascoltata senza approfondire il testo, che tra l'altro è parecchio criptico, non ha senso e rischierebbe di annoiare, perchè musicalmente non ha poi chissà quali finezze o quali cambi di accordi.
